Fraudsters have more opportunities for scams through QR Code - Sri Lanka United Front Party President Siddique Muhammad Sadiq

 I appreciate the QR Code system introduced by your ministry to make it easier for the people to get fuel

.Similarly there are more chances of scams by fraudsters through this system.

So if the legal features are incorporated in this QR Code system, the vehicle owners can easily get fuel from fraudsters' scams. 

So the following instructions should be included in the QR Code system of the vehicle being registered 

1- Identity card number and name must be present in the vehicle registration book

2..Must have vehicle income tax certificate within 5 years.

3-Must have insurance certificate.

President of  Sri Lanka United Front Party Siddique Mohammad Sadiq said that if the above-mentioned features are encouraged, fuel distribution can be implemented in the best way nationwide.
