Shortage of 200 essential medicines in Sri Lanka!

It is reported that there is a shortage of essential medicines in pharmacies across Sri Lanka.

This is said to be due to the current crisis in the state pharmaceutical corporation and the dollar crisis in the country.

There is a shortage of nearly 200 essential medicines, including those for heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes and anti-inflammatory drugs.
